Our Android TV Box Terminal Management System (TMS) allows seamless monitoring, control, and management of multiple Android TV boxes across various locations through a centralized web-based interface. The system operates by connecting all components over the Internet, enabling real-time communication between users, servers, and TV boxes.
Multiple users, such as User 1 and User 2, can access the system through their web browsers. This interface allows them to view device statuses, manage content, monitor reports, and generate insights on the performance of the Android TV boxes deployed in the field.

TMS (Terminal Management Service) is a cloud system used to remotely control deployed devices (terminals). It can perform functions such as lock/unlock, change configurations, push notifications, retrieve terminal status and statistics, and remote debugging.

Our TMS’s design is based on a terminal's heartbeat. Each time a terminal boots up, it will connect to the TMS server and report significant information, such as model, links, heartbeat intervals, and other details. It will then wait for a heartbeat interval to report an alive packet. TMS will determine if a device is online based on the heartbeat. If a terminal fails to report two consecutive heartbeat packets, TMS will flag this device as offline.
TMS uses 300 seconds as the heartbeat interval; only an admin can change this value. The value is determined by the number of terminals deployed and the TMS server’s capacity.
